Invests in Global Equities, Using Proprietary Derivative Strategies to Enhance Returns

Management fee of 2% annually, assessed at .5% on the first day of business of each quarter.
Performance fee of 20% anually ON PROFITS ONLY, assessed on the close of the last trading day of the year
Clients may withdraw money at any time. No minimum time of investment.

The Chatom Eight Fund

Aspires to Achieve an Eight Percent Annual Income Producing Return as an Alternative to Bonds

No Management Fee.
Clients receives the first 8% of Annual Profits.
Chatom Capital, LLC receives the Following 3% of Annual Profits.
Additional Profits are split 50/50 Annually.
Minimum Time of Investment is One Calendar Year.
